About the Role

• Main Car Dealership
• Based in Tunbridge Wells
• Circa £32k Basic Salary + Bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM – 5/5.30PM + 1 in 3 Saturday Morning Rota

Monday Matters Recruitment is partnering with a reputable car dealership in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, to find a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor. Our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a thriving, professional environment. As a vital part of their team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their parts department, providing expert advice, and supporting both the team and customers with their automotive needs.   The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Parts Advisor, with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a respected dealership, working within a team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.   Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to both workshop and retail customers, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
• Assist in the daily running of the parts department, including stock management and parts ordering.
• Identify and recommend the correct parts for customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and stock movements using dealership systems.
• Support the workshop team by ensuring they have the right parts in a timely manner.
• Handle phone and email enquiries professionally, providing knowledgeable advice and solutions.
• Work closely with the service team to facilitate smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a car dealership or relevant automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and basic IT skills.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to service delivery.
