The Opportunity

You will lead a team of 10 Account Executives and SDRs, own a £15M ARR target, and drive commercial strategy for one of the UK’s most ambitious HR tech businesses. This is a genuine board-level commercial role, not a glorified AE position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a team of 10 Account Executives and SDRs
• Owning UK enterprise revenue target of £15M ARR
• Driving sales strategy, forecasting and pipeline management
• Working with marketing on demand generation and ABM campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years SaaS sales, minimum 3 years leading a team
• Experience in HR tech, workforce management or adjacent sectors preferred
• Strong analytical approach to pipeline and revenue forecasting
• Proven ability to hire, develop and retain top sales talent
