The role leads replenishment activities, balancing inventory investment with service level requirements while driving strong customer availability. Our Replenishment Manager drives process improvements with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships. This is an exciting and pivotal role in the business, providing leadership and development to a team of direct reports as well as working cross functionally throughout the business.

As well as a competitive salary and a range of company benefits, you’ll receive 50% discount on all products, and a 70% discount for you and your guests when you stay at our Rabot Estate hideaway on the paradise island of Saint Lucia.

Here at Hotel Chocolat, we've adopted hybrid working. This means you’ll join us on site for three days a week, and for the other two days – you can work from wherever you like! The on-site location for this role is our support office, ‘Mint House’, in Royston, Hertfordshire. Our home from the very beginning, it’s just off the A505 and 10 minutes’ walk from Royston train station, with direct rail links to London King’s Cross.

    • Line‑manage and develop team members, providing coaching, performance feedback and clear direction.
    • Manage maintenance and continuous improvement of retail replenishment parameters and processes within the PFA system.
    • Manage and resolve system-generated exceptions promptly, escalating when required.
    • Pro-actively identify and mitigate overstock, understock and BBE/shelf-life risks across channels and stores, working cross‑functionally to minimise waste and markdown.
    • Deliver customer-facing OTIF launch of seasonal ranges, new products, new store openings and promotional events.
    • Provide performance and risk reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Drive continuous improvement across replenishment processes, reporting, automation and workflow simplification.
    • Lead, coach and develop a team of direct reports.
    • Build strong cross‑functional relationships with Production, Warehouse, Retail Ops, Demand Planning and Trading.
    • Responsible for internal customer service with selling channel stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Logistics and Store Operations teams.
    • Own replenishment inputs into the S&OE cycle, monitoring short-term demand and supply changes, escalating stock risks, and coordinating corrective actions with stakeholders.
    • Ad-hoc analysis and tasks as required by the business.
    • Deputise for line manager as required.

Who you are…

  • You’re a commercial, collaborate leader who loves making a real difference in the business. Your can-do attitude, drive to deliver and resilience makes you’re the type of special person who would thrive at Hotel Chocolat. You’re always looking to improve things, driven by results and love being part of a fast-paced team.
