Junior Sous / Chef de Parties – CG2317

A great opportunity for a Junior Sous and Chef de Parties to join a successful company at one of their 4* multi outlet corporate Spa Hotels located near Chester. In these positions you will work across all sections of the kitchen to gain experience and will also benefit from good company training. The spa hotel has a restaurant that offers differing menu choices serving healthy fresh food dishes to the guests. There is a also a busy afternoon tea service, a separate bar menu for all day diners and a busy function and banqueting department which is popular for wedding. This is a great chance to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress within the company.

Requirements:

The Exec Chef is seeking passionate Chefs who are seeking roles where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens at minimum of chef de partie level is essential.
