Chef de Partie – MT2247

Chef de Partie role is available at a four star, 1AA rosette awarded, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation where you will be joining a large team of 10 chefs.  The property has three restaurants that have separate menus offering modern British dining all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce.  There is also a large conference and banqueting department used by both corporate and leisure guests. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from CDP Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working all sections in busy fresh food kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations for a minimum of 1 year. A CDP Chef who is committed, has drive to achieve and is ambition.
