 What will you be doing?

• Winning new business through proactive sales calls, networking and business development.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and securing new vacancies.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from client acquisition and vacancy briefing to candidate placement.
• Sourcing, attracting and interviewing high-quality candidates across multiple sectors.
• Matching the right talent to the right opportunities and managing the process through to successful placement.
• Negotiating fees, salaries and offers to achieve successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.
• Developing existing accounts while identifying opportunities to grow your client portfolio.
• Managing your own pipeline, hitting targets and maximising your billings.

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in a 360 recruitment or business development-focused role.
• A natural relationship builder who is confident speaking with clients and candidates.
