Flexibank Support Worker

Where every journey matters

Looking for flexible work that still feels meaningful? Silverdale might be the perfect fit.

We’re a large, five‑bedroom home in central Redruth, supporting four very different gentlemen who love getting out every day. Walks, golf, swimming, sea dips, browsing shops, café trips, Wildlife Centre visits - no two days are ever the same.

Is flexi work right for you?

• Do you want shifts that fit around your life?

• Do you enjoy active, fast‑paced days?

• Are you someone who adapts quickly?

• Do you build trust through kindness and consistency?

• Are you curious about what people communicate beyond words?

You’ll help create days that feel good - whether that’s a walk into town, a swim, a round of golf, or simply being present when someone needs reassurance.

What you’ll bring

• Active energy - the gents thrive on movement.

• Adaptability - plans change, and you’ll move with them.

• Curiosity - you’ll look beyond behaviour to understand what someone is communicating.

• Commitment - even in a casual role, reliability builds trust.

• Calm confidence - you’ll support people when distressed with patience and attuned communication.

Why Silverdale?

Because here, every journey matters.

Every walk. Every laugh. Every breakthrough.

Every moment of connection.

You’ll be part of a team who celebrate individuality, support each other, and make every day meaningful.
