About the role
Job Overview
- Conduct performance review of all the direct report
- Identify training needs for the team and implement when needed
- Responsible for the line management & recruitment of CRA in collaboration with the recruitment team
- Contract negotiation and some business development responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Line manage a small team based in UK
Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree in life-science
- Min 5-6 year monitoring experience as CRA within a CRO, Pharma, Biotech
- Min 1 year experience as CRA Manager or Clinical Operations Manager
- Experience in commercial studies
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- A full clean drivers license
- FTE: 1.0
