About the role
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP, internal safety requirements, and complete technical documentation
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage an established electrical engineering team
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, systems, and technical solutions
- Oversee functional machine safety and associated risk management activities
- Manage electrical engineering projects with responsibility for quality, cost, and schedule adherence based on KPIs
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and selected external partners
- Contribute to the definition and execution of departmental strategy within an international environment
- Hold accountability for resource planning and budget control within the electrical engineering function
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a closely related discipline
- Several years of experience in electrical engineering, including leadership responsibility
- Strong project management background in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Experience with plant engineering and control cabinet design
- Knowledge of relevant international electrical and safety standards
- Professional proficiency in German and English
