Must have driven in London within the last 6 months
Maximum of 6 points on driving licence

Bus Driver Pay Rates

Drivers with Less Than 3 Years’ Experience (Drivers with less than 3 years’ London Bus experience remain on DR152 rates, even after 12 weeks)

Training from: £13.85 – £18.39
PAYE: £17.51 – £20.75 per hour
PAYE + Holiday Pay: £19.62 – £23.25 per hour
Umbrella: £23.25 – £27.56 per hour
Rates vary by weekday, weekend, overtime, and bank holidays.

Drivers with 3+ Years’ Experience (Higher rates apply only after 12 weeks AND with 3+ years’ experience)

PAYE: £20.12 – £23.81 per hour
PAYE + Holiday Pay: £22.55 – £26.68 per hour
Umbrella: £26.72 – £31.62 per hour
Rates vary by weekday, weekend, overtime, and bank holidays.

This is a long-term Bus Driver role in Lampton with excellent earning potential and consistent work.
