Pupil Matters

To be responsible for pupil admissions, carrying out all correspondence and duties related to the school’s admission procedures for the Nursery & the main school, liaising with staff, parents, governing body and LA accordingly

To be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of both manual and computerised pupil data records

To prepare and maintain all pupil record files, ensuring filing system is kept up -to date

To be responsible for administration of Peripatetic Music lessons

Clerical

To be responsible for the administration of free school meals and liaison with parents

Responsible for preparing and administering the after school activity timetable, including setting up registers in the School Gateway App liaising with club leaders and parents accordingly

Responsible for administration of Breakfast and After School club; liaising with Extended Services Coordinator

Assist office manager with managing all aspects of the School Gateway App
