Unqualified Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:

* Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
* Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and engagement in learning.
* Support positive behaviour and share feedback on pupils' progress with teachers.

For this role, you will have:

* At least 3 months' experience working with children or in a care setting within the last 2 years (reference required).
* A patient, proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children.
* Availability for an immediate start and full-time work.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
* The ability to commute to Amersham or live locally.
