About the role
Hudson Shribman are seeking a CNC Turner on nightshift for a engineering company based in Havant
Key Responsibilities for the CNC Turner role:
- Create CNC programs online and offline
- Design fixtures and create relevant drawings
- Complete machine set ups in line with company procedures
- Clean and ensure parts are of an acceptable standard before submitting to next production stage
- Machine to tight tolerances.
The successful CNC Turner will have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ related work experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Able to interpret work instructions/engineering planning documents, identify and use the appropriate equipment to manufacture parts to customer specification
- Experience with using Mazak controls
- Have experience with online and offline programming
Hours of work: 7pm to 5.30am (4 nights per week)
Rate of pay for CNC Turner role: £15.00 to £17.00 per hour + 33% shift allowance (rate depending on skill level)
