From looking after communal spaces to preparing bedrooms, you’ll see the difference your work makes every day. You’ll work across different areas of Newbold Revel, helping create an environment that everyone using the site can take pride in.

You don’t need previous cleaning experience to apply. Bring a reliable approach, a willingness to learn and pride in doing a job well, and we’ll provide the training to help you succeed.

What you’ll do

• Keep bedrooms, kitchens, toilets and communal areas clean, tidy and ready to use.
• Make and strip beds, helping ensure rooms are well presented.
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and support periodic deep cleans as directed by your supervisor.
• Replenish essentials, including toilet tissue and hand soap.
• Support portering duties, moving items and supplies around the site as required.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely, following your training.
• Offer a friendly, approachable service to colleagues and everyone using the site.

This is a physically active role across a large site. You’ll spend much of your shift on your feet, walking between areas, cleaning and moving equipment and supplies.

What you’ll bring

• A reliable approach and an eye for detail.
• A friendly manner and good communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisation, with the flexibility to adapt when priorities change.
• A willingness to follow instructions and learn safe ways of working.

Previous cleaning, housekeeping or similar experience would be helpful, but full training is provided.

Newbold Revel is in a rural location, so please check that you can reliably reach the site for a 06:30 start. Own transport is desirable, and free parking is available.
