What we’re looking for
- Experience in SEND settings OR transferable skills (care, youth work, psychology, sports coaching, etc.)
- A patient, resilient and compassionate approach
- Ability to commit to full-time hours preferred, though part-time days may be considered
- A desire to build long-term relationships – this is a temp-to-perm role, and the school is keen to offer permanent contracts to the right people
What’s in it for you?
- A pathway into a permanent role
- Ongoing support from Zest Education
- A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people
- A welcoming team who will help you grow and succeed
