Warehouse/Forklift Operator

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join an established business based in Bristol.

This role sits at the end of the production process: checking and palletising finished goods ready for dispatch, alongside goods in and goods out duties.

What’s on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position
• Choice of two shifts:
• Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm
• Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm & Saturdays, 9am to 4:30pm
• Paid weekly at £13.77 per hour, and £16.03 per hour on Saturdays

As a Warehouse/Forklift Operator, your duties will include:

• Handling goods in and goods out
• Checking and palletising finished products ready for dispatch
• Operating a Counterbalance forklift as required – around an hour per day
• Supporting general warehouse duties throughout the shift
• Adhering to all health and safety standards

To be considered as a Warehouse/Forklift Operator, you will need:

• An accredited Counterbalance forklift licence is essential
• A minimum of 1 year’s forklift experience
• A valid DBS certificate is essential
• 5 years of referenceable work history with no gaps longer than 28 days
• A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
