Head Chef - SOUTH EAST LONDON

The role and You:

We’re looking for Head Chefs in South East London, who can lead and drive their kitchen teams. We want our kitchens to be positive environments where our Head Chefs role model energy, passion and humility.

As a Head Chef at Honest you’ll have a passion for being a great leader, whilst maintaining the best possible health & safety, and food standards.

There's an art to cooking burgers and chips the Honest way and as a Head Chef here you'll take full accountability of your Kitchen ensuring it runs perfectly whether they are on shift or not. You'll have full responsibility for: successful kitchen audits, recruitment, team development and stock management. In addition to supporting the GM, you and your team will work alongside the front of house team, to ensure meeting company KPI’s, standards and efficiency, all whilst keeping your BOH team happy and on track.

• Managing and developing your team

• Running service and pass

• Managing Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance

• Recruitment & training

• Meeting set KPI’s

• Kitchen audits

• Stock and COGS management

• Compliance & Reporting

• Constant improvement to the service and restaurant’s performance

What we offer You:

• £15.90 per hour OTE (Our data says you can earn and additional £1 to £5 per hour on top of your pay)

• Service charge split equally (100% goes to the employees)
