About the role

What We Do:
Operating from our advanced manufacturing facilities in Ireland, we specialise in the design, development, fabrication and delivery of innovative, sustainable and fully integrated offsite prefabricated solutions. Our engineered systems are manufactured in Ireland and deployed throughout the UK and Europe, supporting major commercial, industrial and mission-critical sectors.
As one of Europe's leading providers of Offsite Manufacturing solutions, we partner with contractors and developers to deliver high-performance modular MEP systems for mission-critical data centre projects. Our expertise in offsite manufacturing enables us to improve program certainty, reduce on-site activity, enhance quality and accelerate project delivery, and support the continued growth of digital infrastructure across the UK and Europe.

Role Overview:The Commercial department is central to ensuring the financial viability and contractual success of our projects. Responsible for cost management, procurement, valuations, and contract administration, the team works closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maximise value throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations — safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability.
