About the role
A prestigious international law firm is hiring a Business Acceptance Analyst for its London Risk & Compliance team, suited to someone with prior law firm conflicts experience looking to progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting conflict checks for new clients, matters and lateral hires across multiple jurisdictions
- Analysing conflict search results and identifying potential legal and commercial conflicts issues
- Conducting client due diligence and AML checks for new and existing clients
- Liaising closely with partners, legal teams and senior Risk & Compliance colleagues on conflicts and AML queries and escalations
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Prior conflicts or business intake experience within a law firm
- Comfortable working on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
