Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional food and beverage service to guests

• Confidently carry out plate waiting, table service and drinks service

• Support hotel restaurants, conferences, banquets and event functions

• Assist with setting up and clearing down service areas

• Work efficiently alongside existing teams during busy periods

• Maintain excellent standards of customer service and presentation

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress or within waiting staff roles

• Confidence working in busy hotel, restaurant or event environments

• Experience in plate waiting, food service or banqueting

• A professional, well-presented and friendly approach

• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to adapt quickly to different teams

• The ability to travel to shifts in and around Solihull

• The right to work in the UK
