You'll also bring:

• Experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering KPIs.
• A hands-on approach to store operations and people leadership.
• Confidence managing compliance, stock and health & safety.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
• FMCG or big-box retail experience is desirable but not essential.
