Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 RBI+)

Location: Rotherham Area
Contract: Initial 3–6 months | Outside IR35 available
Rate: £50–£55 per hour
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) to join our client’s team across in the Rotherham area on an initial 3–6 month rolling contract, with strong potential to move onto a long-term contract shortly after.

The Role:
You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects (RBI grade dependent)

Key Details:
• £50–£55 per hour
• Initial 3–6 month contract with strong extension with high likely hood of being upgraded to 12 month rolling contract after initial period.
• Outside IR35 available
• Full-time role with part-time flexibility available
