Job Title: Paid Media Director – Ecommerce
Salary: £70,000–£80,000

The Opportunity

• Take genuine strategic ownership of paid media for exciting e-commerce brands, with the freedom to shape strategy rather than follow a playbook.

• Join a collaborative, fully remote international team, with regular European team trips and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercially focused paid media strategies aligned with customer acquisition costs, lifetime value and wider business objectives.

• Lead senior client relationships, confidently presenting strategies, challenging assumptions and driving measurable growth.

• Mentor talented paid media specialists, championing innovation across creative strategy, measurement and emerging AI tools.

Your Profile

• Extensive Meta Ads expertise, strong Paid Search knowledge and proven experience delivering results for e-commerce brands.

• Commercially astute, confident with attribution and incrementality, and passionate about turning complex performance data into compelling insights.
