Building Control Team Leader (Contract)

Location: Essex
Contract: 6 Month Rolling Contract
Rate: £65–£70 per Hour
Hours: Full-Time

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to support a client in Essex on a long-term contract basis.

This role would suit an experienced Building Control professional looking to take on a leadership position within a well-established team. The client can offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with 2–3 days per week on site and the remainder of the week working remotely.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the Building Control function, providing leadership and guidance to the wider team whilst helping to ensure the effective delivery of Building Control services.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, assisting with workload management, operational performance, and service delivery across a varied portfolio of projects.
