Registered Building Inspector (Contract)

A new opportunity has arisen for an L2A+ Registered Building Inspector to join a Building Control team in the North-West on a long-term contract basis.

This role offers a varied workload and would suit an experienced RBI looking for a stable, long-running contract within a supportive and collaborative team environment. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Location: North-West
Contract: Long-Term Rolling Contract
Rate: £60-65 per hour
IR35: Outside IR35
Hours: Full-Time

A Building Control Manager role is also available.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a mixture of plan checking and site inspection duties across a range of Building Control projects, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations while providing a high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.
