  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, actionable recommendations and compelling client presentations.

  • Take ownership of client projects and build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Gain exposure to a broad range of ecommerce challenges, from category performance and competitor intelligence to digital shelf optimisation and advertising effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workstreams, present findings and communicate recommendations to client stakeholders.

  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' commercial objectives and challenges.

  • Work collaboratively with senior colleagues to identify opportunities to expand client partnerships.

Retail Media & Performance

  • Analyse retail media activity and its impact on ecommerce performance.

  • Support recommendations across advertising strategy, campaign effectiveness and optimisation.

  • Connect media performance with wider category, shopper and commercial insights.

  • Remain close to the practical execution of recommendations, working with relevant teams to drive results.

Data-Led Storytelling

  • Work confidently with large datasets to identify trends, challenges and opportunities.

  • Build clear, persuasive presentations that tell a commercial story.

  • Communicate complex analysis in a way that is accessible and relevant to senior stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Experience in ecommerce, retail media, digital commerce, analytics or strategy consulting.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful commercial recommendations.

  • Exposure to retail media or digital advertising, ideally across Amazon or other major retail platforms.

  • Experience managing client relationships or working closely with commercial stakeholders.

  • Confident presenting insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on project delivery.

  • Proactive, commercially curious and excited by the opportunity to grow within a scaling business.

What's On Offer

  • Competitive salary, depending on experience, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

  • Exposure to major consumer brands and complex ecommerce challenges.

  • Access to proprietary technology and market intelligence.

  • The opportunity to take genuine ownership of client work within a growing London team.

  • Strong development opportunities as the business continues to scale internationally.

  • Collaborative London office environment, with four days per week in the office.
