Do you like being the person who makes Salesforce work properly or everyone who uses it?

We’re recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of a Berkshire client’s Salesforce platform. It’s a hands-on role where your configuration and problem-solving make a difference to how the business works every day, and you’ll work from home.

What you’ll be doing:

• Looking after the platform day to day: supporting users, resolving issues, and keeping everything running smoothly
• Managing user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
• Building custom reports, dashboards, and workflows that people actually use
• Working with stakeholders to turn requirements into practical solutions
• Running training and creating clear documentation so users get the most from Salesforce
• Managing third-party integrations, data migration, and data cleansing
• Keeping an eye on new Salesforce features and recommending improvements

What you’ll bring:

• Solid Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration experience
• A strong grasp of the Salesforce data model, security model, and reporting
• Lightning platform experience (preferred)
• Apex dev skills a plus
• Clear communication and a good way with people, since you’ll be explaining things to non-technical users
• The ability to work independently from home and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A sharp eye for detail and a love of solving problems

What’s on offer:

• £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience
• Some home-based working
• A role with genuine ownership of the platform, where you’ll shape how Salesforce is used rather than just maintain it
