About the role
BSNI are seeking a part-time Transport Office Clerk to join our client’s busy team in the Mallusk area. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office tasks and possess strong organisational skills. T
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Hourly Rate: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Duration: Temp to perm
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Experience with Windows (specifically Excel)
Dealing with customers and drivers both face to face and by phone
Problem solving skills
Ability to lift heavy goods
Dealing with warehouse queries
Experience:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages for office tasks
Strong clerical and administrative skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
Excellent organisational / time management skills to work in a busy, fast-paced office
Prior experience in an office environment desirable but not essential
