Electrical Design Engineer

We’re hiring: Junior Electrical Engineer – Building Services | London | £35k

I’m working with a highly regarded, independent building services consultancy in London to find a Junior Electrical Engineer with up to two years’ post-graduate experience.

They’re a small team of senior engineers with a big portfolio. Their projects include landmark commercial towers, cultural buildings and financial headquarters in the UK and internationally. Almost all of their work comes from repeat clients.

What you’ll do:
Electrical design across power, lighting, LV distribution, fire alarm and emergency lighting, security and data. You’ll carry out calculations in Amtech and Dialux/Relux, coordinate drawings, contribute to specifications and attend site visits.

What you’ll need:
? A degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
? Up to two years’ experience in a building services consultancy or contractor design team. Strong graduates are also welcome
? Working knowledge of BS 7671, or a strong desire to learn it
? Curiosity, attention to detail and ambition to grow
