The Opportunity

Radar Healthcare's new ⭐People Advisor-3 Month FTC⭐

The People Advisor plays a key role in delivering a high-quality, consistent and efficient people experience across the employee lifecycle. The role delivers lifecycle and employee relations cases with sound judgement, advises managers using policy, evidence and insight, and improves the accuracy and effectiveness of People processes.

What you’ll be doing to make a difference:

Employee Lifecycle & Experience

• Deliver end-to-end lifecycle processes, including:

o Coordinate onboarding end-to-end, including contract generation and pre-hire checks, new-starter setup in HiBob, liaison with IT on equipment and system access, and management of induction plans. Advise People Leaders throughout and identify improvements to onboarding, communications and employee experience.

o Deliver employee lifecycle changes (for example promotions, salary changes and transfers) with judgement, advising managers on options within policy, issuing contractual updates, securing appropriate approvals, updating systems and improving data accuracy and process effectiveness.

o Deliver the full offboarding process, including resignations and terminations, documentation, payroll and benefit cessation, applying policy and judgement and escalating risk appropriately.

• Act as a trusted first point of contact, resolving employee queries and delivering support to managers using evidence, insight and sound judgement.

Employee Relations & Governance

• Manage employee relations cases, including more complex matters, interpreting policy and employment law, gathering evidence, mitigating risk, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting consultation where required.

• Create and update company People policies, ensuring they reflect current employment law, regulatory requirements and best practice. Consult relevant stakeholders, communicate changes clearly and support People Leaders to apply policies consistently.

Specialist People Operations Support

• Support payroll and benefits administration, systems and data; resolve queries, support cyclical activity and deliver accurate reward data and benchmarking insight to support decisions.

• Deliver diversity data and insight to identify systemic bias and improve inclusion across People practices; coordinate awareness and training and advise managers and employees on fair, consistent and inclusive practice.

• Deliver engagement drivers and management practices, using surveys and feedback to improve onboarding, communications, trust and the wider employee experience.

• Own and deliver the company’s wellbeing agenda across mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing, linking activity to key calendar moments, coordinating initiatives and partnerships, and evaluating engagement and impact.

Data Insights & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain and improve data quality across People platforms through audit, validation and timely lifecycle updates. Analyse patterns, assess data quality and translate evidence into actionable recommendations for reporting, payroll and People decisions.

• Use approved AI tools responsibly to enhance People insights, decision support and employee experience, recognising risks, bias, transparency and data-protection requirements.

Security Responsibilities:

• Ensure the secure and confidential handling of employee data, including sensitive personal and payroll information, by adhering to data protection policies, maintaining strict access controls and ensuring data is processed, stored and shared in line with local & global regulatory and company requirements.

Your journey so far...

• Ability to manage complex cases, competing priorities and deadlines with accuracy and discretion

• Ability to analyse People data, identify patterns and turn insight into actionable recommendations
