Job Title: Site Manager
Job Type: PAYE or Subcontract Available 
Location: Near Holbeach
Rate of pay: £45k – £55k DOE

ARC are currently looking for a Site Manager.

For this position, you must be able to do the following:

– Manage all on-site construction activities and direct daily building processes.
– Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site workers.
– Enforce safety regulations, site policies, and conduct regular compliance inspections.
– Monitor project timelines, maintain quality control, and report on progress.

This work for a Site Manager is for a social housing contractor, either on a subcontract or PAYE basis – could go permanent for the right person. 

You must have previous proven experience in social housing and site management. 

SMSTS is a requirement for this position.
