What You Need to Bring (Your XP)

• QTS Status is a Must: You've got the teaching qualification, now let's use it!

• SEN Experience: You need proven experience working with young people with special needs. Understanding different learning styles and behaviours is key.

• A Full Driving Licence: This is essential. You need to be able to drive for school activities and off-site adventures.

• The Right Mindset: You're patient, resilient, and bring a positive, high-energy approach every day. You know how to make learning fun and accessible for everyone.

The Day-to-Day Mission

As a Class Teacher, you'll be the game-changer for your students:

• Lead the Class: Manage your classroom, supported by fantastic Teaching Assistants and a full therapy team. You're never alone!

• Customise the Curriculum: Design and deliver highly differentiated lessons-think engaging, outside-the-box teaching that truly connects with individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

• Track Progress: Monitor student growth and use data to constantly innovate your teaching strategies.

• Be a Mentor: Help create a supportive, positive environment where our students feel seen, valued, and ready to learn.
