The Role

As a Trainee Financial Advisor, you will:

• Start in a support role, gaining valuable experience within financial services
• Work towards the qualifications required to become a Financial Advisor
• Benefit from employer-funded exams and study support
• Progress into a Trainee Advisor position once fully qualified
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to provide financial advice

Trainee Financial Advisor Requirements

• Part or full qualifications within financial advice
• A genuine desire to progress and build a career within financial services
• A professional attitude and strong work ethic
• A driven, motivated approach to learning and development
• Commitment to completing professional qualifications and progressing into an advisory role

What's on Offer?

• £24,000 – £36,000 basic salary, depending on qualifications
• Salary increases for every exam passed

• Realistic OTE of £50,000 within the first year of advising
