Working closely with the Head of Engineering and Head of AI, you’ll contribute across the full stack, moving between AI, backend, and frontend development as the product evolves. In a small, high-performing team, adaptability and initiative are valued far more than narrow specialisation.

• Develop features across AI, backend, and frontend systems.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to shape product direction.
• Build and deploy solutions with a high degree of autonomy.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making.
• Solve challenging problems and rapidly adapt to changing requirements.
• Collaborate within a small, fast-moving engineering team.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to production.

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with a preference towards backend development.
• Evidence of building projects outside of work or university, such as side projects, hackathons, or personal products.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• First-class degree or equivalent evidence of exceptional academic or technical ability.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.
• Low ego and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working across multiple technologies and domains.
