Integral Ad Science (IAS), a global leader in digital media quality and advertising technology, is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join its Technical Customer Operations team supporting Northern Europe. This client-facing role serves as the primary technical contact for some of the world’s largest advertisers, publishers, and platforms, providing expert technical guidance, troubleshooting complex integrations, and ensuring customers maximise the value of IAS’s verification and analytics solutions.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Technical Support, Product Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams, you’ll resolve technical issues, advise premium clients on best practices, and contribute valuable technical insights that help drive customer success. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Account Manager with strong technical expertise and a passion for customer engagement within the advertising technology sector.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years’ experience in a Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or other customer-facing technical role
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis
• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and technical integrations
• Knowledge of web traffic analysis tools and ad serving tags
• Experience supporting social platform integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including publishers, ad servers, and third-party advertising technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service

Desirable Experience:

• Programmatic advertising
• Video and mobile advertising technologies
• Experience with databases, rich media advertising, ad trafficking, and publisher platforms
• Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and commercial teams
