A leading communications technology company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Principal Test Engineer to join its engineering team. This senior role focuses on the end-to-end testing of advanced RF communication systems, working across both laboratory and field environments. You’ll collaborate closely with system architects, waveform designers, and software and hardware engineers to translate system-level requirements into comprehensive, measurable test strategies and automated validation processes.

The successful candidate will take ownership of test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement while ensuring the reliability and performance of complex communication products. Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years’ experience in RF test and measurement engineering
• Strong background testing complex RF radio communication systems
• Experience developing and executing end-to-end laboratory and field test plans
• Ability to translate system requirements into measurable test cases
• Extensive experience creating and implementing automated test frameworks
• Strong software and hardware integration knowledge
• Experience with laboratory planning, resource management, and budget control
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams
