We are currently recruiting male and female Live-In Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting clients to live independently in their own homes. What you'll be doing: Every placement is different, but your role may include: · Personal care and daily living support · Supporting mobility and safe transfers · Assistance with meals, hydration, and medication · Household tasks to maintain a safe environment · Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities · Providing overnight support where required Work Pattern: · Flexible live-in assignments (typically 1–2 weeks on / off) · Regular, ongoing placements available · Zero-hours contract with consistent opportunitiesd About you: We’re looking for people who are: · Compassionate, reliable, and professional · Passionate about person-centred care · Confident working independently in a client’s home · Flexible and willing to work across different packages · Care experience is beneficial (training provided where needed) What to look forward to: £127.50- £153.00 per day Paid specialist training Holiday pay 14.07% on every hour you work!
