• Advise clients on fire safety compliance and risk reduction.

• Manage site visits and assessments across London.

• Ensure assessments comply with current fire safety legislation and guidance.

🎯 The Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor

• Essential: Level 3 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment.

• Experience conducting fire risk assessments independently.

• Strong understanding of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

• Knowledge of relevant British Standards and fire safety guidance.

• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

• Confident working across different property types.

• Willingness and ability to travel throughout London.

• Ambition to develop professionally and progress towards Level 4.
