We are seeking a hands-on housekeeping professional with 10+ years' experience in prestigious private households, strong team leadership skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Experience caring for fine furniture, luxury fabrics, antiques and haute couture garments is essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team

• Maintain a 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom residence and guest buildings to impeccable standards

• Oversee couture laundry and wardrobe care

• Conduct quality inspections throughout the property

• Run occasional errands and liaise with the Private PA regarding maintenance issues

• Prepare the home for family and guest arrivals

Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years' private household experience

• Previous team management experience

HOUSEKEEPER - Part-time

We are looking for housekeeper with experience of cleaning in private homes to provide a cleaning and domestic service to our Headmaster’s house.

In this role, you will ensure that the Headmaster’s house is clean and domestic services are maintained to highest standards to the satisfaction of the Headmaster and his family. Duties will include dusting, polishing, cleaning of bathrooms, utility room and kitchen, vacuuming, changing linen and making beds and carrying out laundry services. In addition, the postholder will carry out periodic cleaning of appliances, ironing, washing blinds and tidying rooms.  Please refer to the vacancy pack for the full description of duties.

This is a part-time role for three days each week (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday), working three hours per day. Start and finish times are flexible but must be between 08:30 and 15:00.

LIVE IN HOUSEKEEPER/CARER, LONDON, SPAIN AND ANDORRA

Our client is seeking a committed, serious and mature person who is willing to travel and work in their 3 homes in Central London, Costa Brava - Spain and Andorra. At present they divide their time equally between the 3 countries. 

Duties will include: 

• Cleaning and general care of the properties to the highest standard.

• Laundry /ironing.

• Cooking fresh nutritious meals.

• Some shopping

Whilst the emphasis is on housekeeping, companionship and support for the husband who has Alzheimer’s will be needed. However at present no personal care is required.

The ideal  candidate should be of a kindly disposition willing to work flexible hours when required, although normally should not exceed 40 hours per week.

You must hold a current UK or EU passport with a certificate permitting work in the UK.

Overview

A warm and welcoming family with three school-aged children, based in High Street Kensington, is seeking an experienced Live-In Housekeeper / Cook to join their established household team.

Working alongside two Daily Housekeepers, a Nanny and a PA, the successful candidate will have a dual role, with a particular focus on preparing fresh, family-style evening meals and batch cooking breakfasts, snacks and lunches.

When not cooking, the candidate will be expected to support the wider household team with housekeeping and childcare-related tasks as required. This may include assisting the Nanny with the children when needed.
