Is This You?

Do you stay calm when things take time?

Can you explain information clearly and more than once if needed?
Do you value routine, structure and helping others feel safe and confident?

We welcome applications from people whether you have had personal or professional experience — whether you’re new to social care or have lots of experience. This is a physical, hands‑on role, and to succeed you’ll have:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • The ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a 7-day availability
  • Previous experience in a care/support setting
  • A valid manual UK driving licence
  • The legal right to live and work in the UK

If you genuinely care about people, we can teach you the rest.

How Will You Make a Difference?

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fuller, more independent lives by:

  • Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
  • Planning and enjoying person‑centred activities — walks, swimming, shopping and trips out
  • Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
  • Keeping clear and accurate records
  • Working closely with colleagues and professionals

This is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support.
