About the role
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to provide locum cover at a GP practice in Stoke-on-Trent throughout October and November, with an immediate start available. The opportunity includes full-day and morning sessions, offering a varied weekly working pattern.
Requirements
Current NMC registration.
Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse in a primary care setting.
Proficiency using EMIS Web.
Ability to work confidently within a general practice environment.
Availability for the required sessions throughout October and November.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and support patients attending the practice.
Conduct routine nursing assessments and appointments within professional competencies.
Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web.
Follow established clinical procedures and practice protocols.
Collaborate with the wider primary care team to support patient care.
