Location: Near Guildford / Cranleigh (With Free Daily Transport Provided!)

Salary & Perks: £1,000 Joining Bonus + Performance Bonus + Regular Pay Progression

Hours: 36.75 hours per week (Term-Time Only)

Options: Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 3 days per week)

We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for helping others to join a specialist educational team as a Trainee SEN / CABAS Teacher. No teaching qualification is required to start-we will fully train you, pay for your qualifications, and support you every step of the way.

You will be working in small classrooms, usually 1-on-1 or in small groups with autistic children. Your goal is to make learning fun and rewarding using positive reinforcement.

• Designing and delivering fun, interactive teaching sessions.

• Helping pupils develop life-changing communication, social, and emotional skills.

• Accompanying pupils on fun off-site trips and community activities.

• Supporting pupils with daily routines, including playtime, lunch, and personal care.

You don't need a background in teaching, but you do need to be resilient, patient, and caring. We are looking for:

• Someone with professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (e.g., care work, volunteering, tutoring, or family care).

• A minimum of Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

• A calm nature-comfortable managing high-pressure situations or dysregulated behaviours.

• The physical energy to keep up with an active school day (lots of moving, standing, and playing!).

• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine desire to learn.

Note: Because this role involves working closely with vulnerable children, the successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS check.
