Are you feeling stuck in a dead-end job, or wondering how to actually launch your career after university?
If you want a meaningful career where you are paid to learn, given clear promotions, and supported every single day, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.
We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for helping others to join a specialist educational team as a Trainee SEN / CABAS Teacher. No teaching qualification is required to start-we will fully train you, pay for your qualifications, and support you every step of the way.
Why This is Better Than Your Average Job:
We Pay: Get access to fully funded training pathways, including CACHE Levels 2-4 and fully funded qulifications in Behaviour Analysis or High Incidence & Disabilities.
Guaranteed Career Growth: This isn't just a job; it's a career ladder. You will have direct routes to move up into senior roles like Lead Teacher and Class Supervisor.
Incredible Time Off: Work term-time only, giving you 56 days of school holidays plus bank holidays every year.
No Commuting Stress: We provide daily transport to and from the school from Guildford and Cranleigh, or you can park on-site for free.
World-Class Mentorship: You will work alongside and be mentored by some of the UK's leading, internationally recognised behavioural experts.
What You Will Actually Be Doing:
You will be working in small classrooms, usually 1-on-1 or in small groups with autistic children. Your goal is to make learning fun and rewarding using positive reinforcement.
Designing and delivering fun, interactive teaching sessions.
Helping pupils develop life-changing communication, social, and emotional skills.
Accompanying pupils on fun off-site trips and community activities.
Supporting pupils with daily routines, including playtime, lunch, and personal care.
Who Makes a Great Fit?
You don't need a background in teaching, but you do need to be resilient, patient, and caring. We are looking for:
Someone with professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (e.g., care work, volunteering, tutoring, or family care).
A minimum of Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
A calm nature-comfortable managing high-pressure situations or dysregulated behaviours.
The physical energy to keep up with an active school day (lots of moving, standing, and playing!).
A positive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine desire to learn.
Note: Because this role involves working closely with vulnerable children, the successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS check.
