What experience do you need?

• We’re looking for a designer with brand-led, cross-channel design experience, someone who has experience creating designs within a brand framework.
• Someone who understands the principles of brand identity and the need for consistency across digital platforms such as web, email, paid, and social.
• We’re also looking for a foundation in design principles and understanding or knowledge of technical aspects of design – typography, composition, layout, use of space etc. The type of thing you probably covered as part of your university degree!
• And of course, experience with Adobe CC and the likes of Figma, Sketch etc.

Video editing and motion graphics will form part of the role, skills can be picked up on the job, but if you have any prior experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects etc, this is definitely worth highlighting.
