🚚 7.5T HGV Driver – Ongoing

📍 Location: Inverness (Dalcross)
💷 Pay: PAYE £16.50 – £18.75 | ADV PAYE £18.49 – £21.01
🕐 Hours: 42.5 hours guaranteed per week
📅 Contract: Temporary winter placement, with permanent opportunity
🚛 Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting a 7.5T / HGV Driver to assist our client on an ongoing basis at Dalcross, Inverness.

You will be driving a 7.5T vehicle and working as part of a two-person delivery team, completing multi-drop deliveries throughout the Highlands and Moray area. The role will involve manual handling and handballing, including some heavy lifting, so applicants must be comfortable with the physical side of the role.

Good knowledge of the Highlands and Moray area would be an advantage, but this is not essential.

Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply.

• Monday to Friday working
• Ongoing placement
• £16.50 per hour PAYE + holiday pay
• Minimum 8 hours paid per day
• Varied work

🚛 Typical Duties May Include:

• Driving a 7.5T vehicle
• Multi-drop deliveries
• Working as part of a two-person team
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Handballing goods
• Manual handling and heavy lifting
• Deliveries throughout the Highlands and Moray area
• Completing deliveries safely and efficiently

📋 Requirements:

• Valid HGV / Category C1 licence entitlement
• Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a two-person team

ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE ACCEPTED. Newly qualified drivers are welcome, provided you hold the correct licence entitlement and have a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
