As a vital part of the classroom ecosystem, you will:

• Bridge the Gap: Work 1-on-1 or in small groups to make complex lessons accessible and engaging.

• Be the Support: Assist teachers in crafting an environment where students feel safe to take risks and learn.

• Track the Wins: Monitor progress and provide insights that help shape individual learning journeys.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful rapport with students and provide a supportive link for their families.

We are looking for someone who "gets it"-someone who understands that patience and empathy are just as important as academic support.

• Experienced: You have a solid track record of supporting young people with SEN.

• Communicative: You can connect with students, staff, and parents with ease and clarity.

• Safety-First: You have a rock-solid understanding of safeguarding protocols.

• Mobile: Crucial Requirement: Due to our beautiful but remote rural location, you must have a valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

• Local: Please note, we are currently unable to sponsor overseas candidates.

• Role: Permanent, Full-Time

• Location: Near Cranleigh (Rural)

• Requirement: Enhanced DBS (processed upon offer) and own transport.
