Looking for a hands-on electronics role with weekly pay & a 1pm finish every Friday? Join an established electronics manufacturer in Poole, producing high-quality PCB & electronic assemblies in a clean, organised working environment.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-4pm / Friday, 7:30am-1pm

Key Responsibilities

As an Assembler, in Poole, Dorset, you’ll play an important role in producing accurate, high-quality electronic components & finished assemblies. Your duties will include:

• Hand soldering electronic components to a high standard

• Assembling PCBs using SMT & through-hole processes

• Handling fine-pitch components with precision & care

• Carrying out mechanical assembly of electronic units & enclosures

• Preparing cables, crimping connectors & completing wiring tasks

• Inspecting, testing & quality-checking completed assemblies

• Reworking or modifying electronic boards where required

• Following technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs) & build instructions

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to hear from candidates with electronics manufacturing experience who take pride in producing accurate, reliable work.

• Previous experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing

• Confident hand soldering skills, including experience with fine-pitch components

• A good understanding of SMT & through-hole assembly processes

• Excellent attention to detail & steady hand skills

• The ability to follow technical drawings & detailed instructions

• A reliable, team-focused approach & a commitment to quality
