We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our dynamic team of educators. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in a supportive school environment and help you develop essential teaching skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students in the classroom to help them achieve their full potential
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to support students with varying needs
• Helping students develop their literacy, language, and comprehension skills
• Providing pastoral support to ensure students feel safe and motivated

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate with a degree in English or a related subject
• A passion for teaching and working with young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job
• The ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff
