Experience: Previous experience of working within schools as a cover manager is essential for ths role. 

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent Math graduates looking to kick-start their teaching career in a supportive environment. Our client believes in nurturing talent and providing hands-on experience akin to a 1-year apprenticeship. You will have the chance to make a real impact in the classroom while they guide and support you on your path to obtaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with day-to-day cover for the schools external staff 
• liaising with agencies to book cover staff for schools 
• Using SIMS/BROMCOM and ARBOUR to manage school financial systems and to track attendance on staff
• Assist the senior management with timetabling 
• Assigning staff members to classrooms

Requirements:

• Supportive Environment: Receive mentoring and guidance from experienced educators.
• Previous experience of working as a cover manager in schools is essential for this role.
