CCTV Operator

As an CCCTV Operator  you will be responsible for: 

• Monitoring CCTV/Intruder activity for suspicious behaviour
• Working closely with customers, receiving, and making outgoing telephone calls
• Handling and management of alarms coming through to our Control Centre
• As part of your induction, you will attend a course to obtain the SIA qualification (paid by the company).

We are keen to speak CCTV Operator  with the following:

• Good problem skills, with a keen eye for detail, have a professional telephone manner
• Office / customer service skills , CCTV Operator or  control Room Operator experience
• The ability to work 12 hour shifts ( 4 on, 4 off)
• The ability to commute to Yate.
