Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience across a range of primary settings? If so, we are currently recruiting dedicated and passionate ECTs to work on a supply basis across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, develop your teaching practice, and explore different school environments while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule.

 Requirements

All successful applicants will:

• Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
